Wooo Hooo!!! Can't wait!!!
Good luck in NYC!
Leaving in t-minus 90 minutes to pick up my copy. Looking forward to seeing Richard Case's back cover (okay and you and Craig on the front, too).
Have a safe trip to the Big Apple.
I'll be picking it up this weekend. Good luck with the Spidey Stuff Todd, and congrats on the Wolverine story in August!
Richard Case has a complete back-up story in this issue, if I'm not mistaken. Not just a pin-up. Can't wait. But I'll have to because I can't go until after work tonight. Aargh!
so i got the book today and just read it! one word, two syllables on it AWWWWE-SOOME! I'll shoot you an actual 'e' on it, and the back-up by Rich was fantastic! And the pin-ups were great as well!
Good luck in NYC-hope you'll bring back some sweet news!!
Even better, Mafus. Thanks for the heads up. Too bad my shoppe didn't receive any copies today. (insert sobbing)
I'm going to run out and pick up the book today, too, and there should be a nice write-up on ComicRelated over the weekend sometime. I'll post a link here, as always, when it happens.
I got my copy of #2
Got it, read it, already sent off my fan letter.
Good luck in the Big Apple.
Looks like nobody in Richmond got a copy. My LCS swears they ordered it, too. I've had them reorder and they're ordering you a copy too, Leaf.
to those that haven't gotten it yet: nanner nanner nanner!!!
just kidding, that blows. my shop only gets in like 1 or 2, mine and sometimes an extra. they refuse to order more though, quoting s@!t like 'the mini didn't sell well enough' or 'nobody else asks but you' if they weren't the only store i could go to, i'd tell them to shove it really.the service has been slowly going downhill-i might just decide to do the online ordering, but man i'm impatient!! haha
oh and i just saw, what's the deal with a wolvie story?!?!?!?!?!

We didn't get any copies in Raleigh either... Bummer that! What do you guys have against shipping to the Southeast? :)
St. Mark's Comics on St. Mark's Place in Manhattan's East Village didn't get any copies of "The Perhapanauts" #2. Both Forbidden Planet on Broadway and Cosmic Comics on Madison Avenue sold out (although I got Cosmic's last copy). Another really fun issue, which only bolstered my decision to do something a little silly:
I have a column over at ComicRelated called The Gold Exchange, where I do a roundtable with Booster Gold co-writer Jeff Katz and artist/creator Dan Jurgens. Every month we analyze and discuss the title, which results in a lot of weird little trivia bytes and (hopefully) a little more in-depth analysis than a mainstream superhero book usually gets.
About ten minutes ago, I sent Todd DeZago the first batch of questions for a similar column about "The Perhapanauts." The details are at my ComicRelated blog: http://www.comicrelated.com/forums/index.php?automodule=blog&blogid=11&
